LG Gourmet Program




 “Our gourmet division is passionate about cooking,” said Lucho Guaman, who manages both the original Emporium in Quito and a second in the world.  “We’re all trying to get back to basics,” she said, acknowledging the trend away from processed foods and a subsequent demand for ingredients, such as spices, to enhance home cooked foods’ flavour. 

She also noted that home cooking brings the family together. 
“I’m finding that people are enjoying cooking,” she said.
